Prior to moving in, Your Premium Concierge will contact you to determine which utilities you would like to install.  We currently set up:  PG&E, Water, Garbage, High Speed Internet & Cable TV.  These accounts will be set up under our corporate account so there is no need to provide any financial information or pay any additional deposits.  Once all your services are set up, we will notify you as to when you need to be home for installation.  

 

Each month your bills will be uploaded to your member portal where payment can be easily divided amongst roommates.
