Renter's Insurance

Your membership includes a complementary Renter’s Insurance Policy through State Farm. Members can be rest assured that their property, including furniture, clothes, and electronics, will be covered  for up to $15,000.  Additional to damages covered within their residence, the insurance will also cover possessions taken outside the home.  Members will also have added personal liability protection for up to $100,000.

Our Renters' Insurance covers losses caused by the following: 

• Theft 

• Smoke, Fire or lightning 

• Windstorms or hail & Weight of ice, snow, or sleet 

• Artificially generated electrical current (power surge) 

• Vandalism or malicious mischief 

• Freezing of the plumbing system
