Renter's Insurance
Your membership includes a complementary Renter’s Insurance Policy through a company of our choice. Members can be rest assured that their property, including furniture, clothes, and electronics, will be covered for up to $30,000. Additional to damages covered within their residence, the insurance will also cover possessions taken outside the home. Members will also have added personal liability protection for up to $100,000.
Our Renters' Insurance covers losses caused by the following:
• Theft
• Smoke, Fire or lightning
• Windstorms or hail & Weight of ice, snow, or sleet
• Artificially generated electrical current (power surge)
• Vandalism or malicious mischief
• Freezing of the plumbing system
Three Easy Steps
Step 1:
Once the terms of service is signed we will have you confirm that we have your information correct on file.
Step 2:
We will send a policy start request to State Farm. Policy is effective from your lease start date to end date.
Step 3:
If you need file a claim you will contact your Premium Concierge representative at info@yourpremiumconcierge.com
