Package Return Program

WE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPT AMAZON AND UPS RETURNS

​

All Amazon packages must be set to return to the Whole Foods located at (3000 Telegraph Ave. Berkeley Ca,94705)

​

All Ups returns must be set to be returned to the Ups store location (5627 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA 94609)

​

For any Packages above 25 Pounds, please contact us (510)883-3542 to learn more about oversized package fees.

All packages MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE WEEK remaining before they need to be returned.

(P.C.S. Is not liable if a package is returned late.)

Upon submitting your request, you will be provided with a 3 hour window to meet with our Package Pick-Up provider. If you are not available when they arrive, your package will not be picked up.
